I've Been Through The Same Thing

2 Corinthians 1:3-4
3Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; 4Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
Trials are blessings in disguise, and 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 has been very true in my life. Being able to explain to those who are going through the problems you have been through, that you have battled the same thing and that God gave you the comfort, strength, and wisdom needed for you to overcome the trial, is very rewarding. After explaining God's comfort and the steps you took to overcome the trial, you can witness their relief and confidence that they now know that they too can defeat their trial. This result alone is worth going through trials.
